AI Nerd and People Person
Imagine having an AI expert on your team.
Nick Card helps organizations put AI to work. Practical strategy, hands-on coaching, and open-source tooling that bridges the gap between what AI can do and what your business actually needs. No hype. No magic. Just results.
What I Do
Three ways I help organizations work smarter with AI.
AI Consulting
Strategic guidance on where AI fits in your operations, and where it doesn't. I work with leadership teams to identify high-value use cases, evaluate tools, and build adoption plans grounded in how your business actually runs.

Every session targets a specific business function and ends with something you can use immediately. From introductory workshops to the 12-module AI for Business Series to advanced and development courses, I meet people where they are. Participants leave knowing exactly how to use AI in their daily work.

AI Education
Courses designed for business professionals who want to use AI practically. Every session is hands-on, deliverable-focused, and grounded in real work.
Introduction to AI for Business
A free, single-session course. No pitch, no pressure. Just live demos, real use cases, and a clear answer to "is this worth my time?"
AI for Business Series
The flagship. Twelve modules, each focused on a specific business function, each ending with a deliverable you'll use that afternoon. Built from hundreds of hours coaching real teams.
Advanced AI for Business Series
You're using AI daily and starting to bump into the edges of what you know. This series goes deeper. The goal is not to learn more about AI. It's to need less help with it.
AI Development for Non-Developers
Why should developers have all the fun? Build something functional in an afternoon. No coding background required. The only prerequisite is a problem worth solving.

About Nick
Practitioner, not evangelist.
I've spent my career working across industries where getting things right matters: defense, legal, trucking and logistics, municipal government, and higher education. That background shapes how I approach AI. It's a tool that has to earn its place in real operations, not a silver bullet sold on conference stages.
The AI for Business Series has helped business owners and managers move from "I've heard of ChatGPT" to confidently using AI tools in their daily work, with real deliverables instead of vague inspiration. I teach the way I consult: practical, specific, and grounded in how businesses actually operate.
I also serve on the Medford City Council, bringing the same clear-headed, evidence-based approach to public service that I bring to technology consulting.
I started NKCX because I kept seeing the same problem: businesses either paralyzed by AI hype or ignoring it entirely. I wanted to offer a grounded alternative. Practical consulting, real coaching, and open-source tools that actually work.
Let's Talk
